All transactions on 5dewa are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are supported. Withdrawals are paid to verified bank accounts registered in the player's own name.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal request will be processed.

Each eligible person may register only one Account on 5dewa. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
The Platform is provided for your personal entertainment only. You may not use your Account on behalf of any third party, act as an agent for another person, or allow any other individual to access or operate your Account.

To access real-money Services, you must complete 5dewa's registration process via the 5dewa Login page. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia.
You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is true, accurate, and not misleading. Any material change to your personal details (for example, a change of address or mobile number) must be reported to our support team promptly. 5dewa reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or falsified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. 5dewa will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account using your valid credentials will be treated as authorised by you until you notify us otherwise in writing via our support channels.
Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or transfer your Account or any Balance held therein to any other person. Any attempted transfer will render both the transferor's and the transferee's accounts liable to immediate suspension.
5dewa is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of its players. You agree to submit to KYC verification upon request and to provide all documents and information reasonably required to complete that process. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at 5dewa's reasonable discretion.
Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of address documents may include a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months showing your registered residential address.
5dewa reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any pending withdrawal request until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified Accounts will not be processed. This hold does not constitute a forfeiture of funds; verified withdrawals will be processed in the normal course once verification is complete.
5dewa may engage third-party service providers to assist with identity and age verification checks. By registering, you consent to 5dewa sharing your personal data with such providers solely for the purposes of KYC verification, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5dewa accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in IDR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of a confirmed bank transfer or e-wallet transfer. 5dewa is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes of a confirmed transfer, you should contact our support team immediately, quoting your transfer reference number.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account held in the Player's own verified name at an Indonesian bank. 5dewa does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts, e-wallets held under a different name, or any payment method not previously used for a deposit on the same Account. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing conditions are displayed on the withdrawal page.
Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of confirmation during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during scheduled maintenance windows or where additional verification is required. 5dewa targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all verified withdrawal requests under normal operating conditions.
5dewa does not accept cash deposits and does not process cash withdrawals under any circumstances. All financial transactions must be conducted through the approved electronic payment channels listed above.
The Platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All account balances, wagering activity, and transaction records are denominated in IDR. 5dewa does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for any foreign exchange costs incurred if their bank account is denominated in a currency other than IDR.
From time to time, 5dewa offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. The specific terms for each active promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered in full at the stated wagering requirement multiplier before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be approved. Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting markets, and togel (numbers lottery) draws may contribute at a lower rate as stated per promotion. Wagers placed on games where the Platform holds a statistical edge of less than 1% may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement contribution.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire at the time stated in the promotion's individual terms. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from those funds will be removed from the Account automatically. Real-money balances deposited separately are not affected by bonus expiry.
5dewa monitors all accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; syndicated bonus farming across multiple accounts; and systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of genuine recreational play. 5dewa reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where abuse is identified.
Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of 5dewa, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer or bonus scheme.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting a game in progress, 5dewa will make reasonable efforts to restore the game session and honour the outcome, where the game server has recorded a definitive result prior to the malfunction. Where no definitive result is available, the wager will be voided and the staked amount refunded to the Player's Balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5dewa Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:
5dewa reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Terms have been breached; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent or criminal purposes; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to 5dewa; or (d) the Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, any verified real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered bank account within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no bonus wagering requirements are outstanding on the Balance.
Upon closure of an Account, all Bonus Funds and any wagering-requirement-locked balances will be forfeited. Real-money funds not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the Player as described above. A closed Account cannot be reopened; any former Player wishing to return must register a new Account, subject to a fresh eligibility and KYC assessment.

5dewa will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability. However, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5dewa's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5dewa shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 5dewa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a recognised international arbitration tribunal. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief before a court of competent jurisdiction.
